This vegan orange curd recipe is so simple and pairs well with dark chocolate and pastries.
5 tbs corn flour
5 tbs vegan butter
350 ml fresh orange juice from valencia oranges
170 g caster sugar (more if you want a sweeter curd)
1 tbs orange zest
In a large sauce pan melt vegan butter and stir through corn flour to make a paste.
Pour in orange juice and sugar and stir continuously over a medium heat until the curd thick-ens, stir through zest.
Remove from heat and serve.
